These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ARK Partners website at arkpartners.ai and our related services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
The services
ARK Partners provides information about, and access to, our products and services — including custom AI “employee” installations for businesses, consultations, and a free library of resources, guides, and workflows (the “Vault”). Specific engagements may be governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any activity carried out using your access credentials.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our content or resources except as expressly permitted.
- Do not use the site to violate any law or the rights of others.
Free resources
Resources in the Vault are provided for your own personal and internal business use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for that purpose. They are provided “as is” for educational purposes and are not professional advice.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the ARK Partners marks — are owned by ARK Partners or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights stated here, no rights are granted to you.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
Disclaimers
The site and resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARK Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or resources. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or free resources will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ARK Partners harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, and you consent to their venue.

We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the site at any time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by the “Last updated” date above. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
